Welcome to my Math Matters Blog!
My intention for this blog is to create a space to share updates, information, and ideas. The last two years coaching in HWRSD have been such a pleasure. I feel so lucky to continue fostering relationships from the past, as well as grow many new relationships with some of the BEST teachers I have ever met! I am so excited to be launching year three with you.
One thing I would like to improve on is my line of communication between all of the people I work with. There are many times I have had a conversation with a grade level, or individual, and wish the idea(s) could be shared with everyone else that I work with. I have tapped into some coaching colleagues from other districts I have worked in, and starting a Blog was highly recomended. So Math Matters (inHWRSD) was born!
My vision is that this blog will provide you with new ideas, things to ponder, things to refer back to, and something to scroll through when you have that peaceful moment on the coach! I will start by sharing my Coaching Menu. It is designed to help communicate what I am here for... YOU! Reach out on the fly, or through email anytime. I am here to do this work as your partner.
